Der Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat der Wapme Systems AG teilen mit, dass der Konzernabschluss 2003 abweichend zum Unternehmenskalender, jedoch innerhalb der Fristen der Deutschen Börse AG, am 27.04.2004 veröffentlicht wird.

Grund für die Abweichung zum Unternehmenskalender sind Verzögerungen bei der Prüfung des Konzernabschlusses im Zusammenhang mit der Bewertung eines steuerlichen Erstattungsanspruches.
