WashTec legt Bezugspreis für die neuen Aktien fest

Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat der WashTec AG haben heute den Bezugspreis für 7.600.000 neue Aktien, die den Aktionären im Rahmen der von der Hauptversammlung am 15. Juni 2005 beschlossenen Kapitalerhöhung zum Bezug angeboten werden sollen, auf 5,00 Euro je Aktie festgelegt. Die Beschlüsse zur Durchführung der Kapitalerhöhung wurden gefasst, nachdem die von der Hauptversammlung vorgegebenen Voraussetzungen erfüllt sind.
