Wave Systems Corp. (NASDAQ:WAVX) hat Vereinbarungen mit bestimmten institutionellen Investoren über eine registrierte Direktplatzierung von rund 3.324.750 Stammaktien der Klasse A zum Preis von 1,0025 US-Dollar pro Aktie abgeschlossen. Damit wird das Unternehmen einen Bruttoerlös von 3.333.062 US-Dollar erzielen. Zusätzlich erhalten die beteiligten Investoren Optionsscheine mit fünfjähriger Laufzeit auf den Erwerb von insgesamt 1.662.375 Wave-Stammaktien der Klasse A zum Preis von 0,94 US-Dollar pro Aktie.
