Die Düsseldorfer Aboverwaltungsgesellschaft PMS GmbH & Co KG, ein Unternehmen der WAZ Mediengruppe, firmiert ab sofort unter dem neuen Namen MZV direkt GmbH & Co.KG. Gleichzeitig mit der Namensänderung tritt Michael Imhoff (65) als Geschäftsführer in das Unternehmen ein.

MZV direkt hat 30 Mitarbeiter und verwaltet für verschiedene Verlage insgesamt ca. 1,1 Millionen Zeitschriftenabonnements. Durch die Zusammenlegung der Vertriebsleistungen für Einzelverkauf und Abo unter einer Dachmarke können Kunden der MZV GmbH & Co KG künftig sämtliche Leistungen im Pressevertrieb aus einer Hand beziehen.
