Am 16.08. 2016 erwarb die YADOS GmbH einen Teil des Rostocker Software- und Steuerungsspezialisten ENITECH. Gleichzeitig ist es gelungen, einen Teil der Belegschaft für die YADOS GmbH zu gewinnen. Basierend auf einer kontinuierlichen Wachstumsstrategie verstärkt die YADOS somit ihre Kernkompetenzen über den Zukauf eines Unternehmens im Bereich der Entwicklung, Lieferung und Montage von Komponenten der Steuer- und Regelungstechnik. Jörg Wolf, geschäftsführender Gesellschafter der YADOS GmbH: „Hochkomplexe Energieanlagen mit multivalenten Anforderungen werden den Strom- und Wärmemarkt der Zukunft bestimmen.
