Die aktuellen Normen zur Messung der von Verbrauchern verursachten Oberschwingungen erfassen bisher nur Frequenzen bis 2 kHz (40. Harmonische). Die einschlägigen EMV-Normen dagegen decken nur die Frequenzbereiche oberhalb von 9 kHz ab. Durch die immer größere Ausbreitung von Leistungshalbleitern und anderen nichtlinearen Verbrauchern sowie der Einspeisung aus dezentralen Energiequellen (Photovoltaik, Windenergie) wird aber auch der Frequenzbereich von 2 kHz bis 9 kHz immer wichtiger. Die ZES ZIMMER Electronic Systems GmbH hat ihr Prüfsystem CE-Test61k dahingehend erweitert, dass nun auch in diesem Frequenzbereich normgerechte Prüfungen durchgeführt werden können.
