AUFGABEN
  • Vollumfängliche Betreuung verschiedenster Serviceaufträge von Auftragserfassung bis zur Abrechnung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit deinem Team
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Servicepartnern und internen Abteilungen
  • telefonische Betreuung der Servicehotline
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung und Durchführung von Wartungs- und Reparaturprozessen
  • Pflege und Dokumentation und Überwachung von Servicevorgängen in unseren Systemen
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs
PROFIL
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
  • Grundlegendes technisches Verständnis sowie die Fähigkeit, sich für unsere Produkte zu begeistern
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office sowie gängigen ERP- und CRM-Systemen
  • Organisationsgeschick und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung - sogenannte Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Du schätzt den Austausch im Team und bringst dich aktiv ein
  • Selbstständiges und strukturiertes Arbeiten
