  • Verantwortung für die Debitoren- / Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Verbuchung von Eingangszahlungen und -rechnungen
  • Durchführung von Zahlläufen
  • Mahnwesen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung und Automatisierung von Geschäftsprozessen
  • Erstellung von Reportings für den Bereich
  • Dokumentation von Prozessen
  • Saldenbestätigungen & Kontenklärung
  • Intercompany-Abstimmung

Requirements

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene, kaufmännische Berufsausbildung / Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Finanzbuchhaltung / Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel) / Sicherer Umgang mit einem gängigen ERP-System / Erfahrung mit der Automatisierung und Digitalisierung transaktionaler Geschäftsprozesse wünschenswert / Gute Englischkenntnisse in Word und Schrift vorteilhaft / Teamfähigkeit / Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise / Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität sowie Zuverlässigkeit / Analytische Fähigkeiten und hohe Zahlenaffinität / Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
