Aufgaben
  • Support im Bereich IT-Endgeräte
  • Planung und Durchführung von Technologieupdates
  • Annahme und Bearbeitung von Serviceanforderungen
  • Entstörung von Endgeräten und Reparaturabwicklung 
  • Installation der Systeme gemäß aktuellem Standard
  • Durchführung von IT-Umzügen sowie Rollouts von Hard- und Software
  • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung von Client Standard Builds
 

Requirements

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation / Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Microsoft Betriebssysteme / Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT Support von Vorteil / Gute Englischkenntnisse / Reisebereitschaft
