Aufgaben

 
  • Wareneingangsprüfungen
  • Erstellung von Zeugnissen (inkl. Durchführung notwendiger Prüfungen)
  • Durchführung der Fertigungsprüfung
  • Teileverwaltung und Warenabgabe
  • Anlage, Bedienung und Auswertung von SPC-Messaufträgen
  • Ermittlung der Prüf- und Messmittelfähigkeiten
  • Durchführung von Sortier- und Prüfarbeiten sowie von einfachen Montage- und Demontagearbeiten
  • Härtemessungen, Rautiefenmessungen sowie Schichtdickenmessungen

Requirements

Abgeschlossene, technische Berufsausbildung / Erfahrung im Umgang mit Metallteilen von Vorteil / Fundierte Kenntnisse in den gängigen Qualitätstechniken / Gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen Messtechniken / Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur Problemanalyse und Lösungsfindung / Hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit / Ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Kostenbewusstsein / Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office - Anwendungen / Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift erforderlich
