International Account Manager (m/w/d)

DEINE AUFGABEN
  • Koordination des Onboardingprozesses unserer Neukunden (B2B/B2C) in Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb und Technik
  • Kalkulation und Erstellen von Angeboten
  • Technische Kundenberatung und –betreuung
  • Datenpflege in CRM- bzw. Vertriebssystem
  • Selbstständige Auftragsabwicklung von Auftragserfassung bis Fakturierung
  • Reklamationsbearbeitung
  • Erarbeitung von kostenoptimalen Produktionslösungen und Verhandeln mit Lieferanten und Kooperationspartnern
  • Steuerung und Überwachung von logistischen Prozessen
DEIN PROFIL
  • Du hast eine möglichst abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Druckbranche.
    Möglichst weiterführende Qualifikation in Drucktechnik oder Industriemeister/in
  • Deine Englischkenntnisse können sich sehen lassen
  • Eine selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Offenheit gegenüber innovativen Ideen/Prozessen sprechen für Dich
  • Du bist ein wahrer Teamplayer und ein Organisationstalent, stets motiviert und hast Spaß an der Arbeit
  • Ein starkes Kommunikationsverhalten sowie Freude am direkten Kontakt mit Menschen und ein sicheres Auftreten sind Deine Stärken
  • Du kennst Dich in den gängigen MSO -und Adobe-Programmen aus
