Integrations- und Testmanager:in (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben:

Gemeinsam mit deinem Team stellst du die Qualität von Softwarelieferungen sicher. Du bist fachlich verantwortlich für die Aktivitäten rund um Integration und Test unserer Governikus Suite und wirst dabei folgende Aufgaben übernehmen:
  • Etablieren eines produkt- und prozessorientierten Test- und Integrationsmanagements
  • Koordinieren und Harmonisieren der produktübergreifenden Testaktivitäten
  • Planung, Koordination und Kontrolle der verschiedenen Testaktivitäten
  • Entwicklung und Festlegung der geeigneten Testmethoden und -werkzeuge
  • Vertreten deines Teams in übergeordneten Meetings
  • Verantwortung für das Quality-Gate zur Freigabe der Auslieferungen
  • Dokumentation der Testaktivitäten und Aufbereitung der Ergebnisse
  • Releasemanagement für produktübergreifende Software-Bundles
  • Mitarbeit am Software-Qualitätssicherungs-Prozess
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden bzgl. Test- und Integrationsthematiken
Dein Profil:
  • abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik / Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung z. B. als Fachinformatiker:in für Anwendungsentwicklung (m/w/d)
  • Erfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung in IT-Entwicklungsprojekten
  • gute Kenntnisse in der Software-Integration
  • gutes Verständnis von Softwareentwicklung im Bereich Serverentwicklung und Qualitätssicherung
  • Verständnis für komplexe IT-Landschaften und Systemarchitekturen im Bereich Netzwerk, Containerisierung und IT-Sicherheit
  • nachweisbare Aus-/Weiterbildung im Bereich Software-Testmanagement wünschenswert
  • ausgeprägte Verantwortungsbereitschaft, hohe soziale Kompetenz und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Arbeiten auf Augenhöhe, Eigeninitiative, hoher Qualitätsanspruch
