Deine Aufgaben im Bereich der Governikus-Akademie sind vielfältig und erfordern ein hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung und strukturellem Vorgehen. Die Hauptschwerpunkte deiner Arbeit sind:
  • Mitwirkung an der Konzeption und Organisation unserer Akademie
  • Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Webinaren und Workshops
  • Kommunikation mit Interessierten und Teilnehmenden unserer Angebote
  • Teilnahme an internen Meetings und Protokollierung
Dein Profil:
  • eingeschriebene:r Student:in (m/w/d) in einem betriebswirtschaftlichen Studium, mit einem Schwerpunkt z.B. in Marketing oder Personalentwicklung; alternativ gerne in einem Studiengang der Bildungswissenschaften
  • hohe IT-Affinität und ein Interesse für Themen der Erwachsenenbildung
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS Word und MS PowerPoint
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit und gute Teamfähigkeit
  • selbständige, eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
