Deine Aufgaben:
  • Unterstützung in verschiedenen internen und externen IT-Projekten
  • Dokumentation, Analysen und Auswertungen
  • Unterstützung beim Aufbau eines Project Management Office
  • Protokollierungen (z. B. von Gremiensitzungen)
  • Terminmanagement & Einladungen
  • Erstellen von Folienpräsentationen
  • Übernahme kleinerer, interner Projekte nach ausreichender Einarbeitungszeit möglich
  • Ticket-Bearbeitung
Dein Profil:
  • eingeschriebene:r Student:in (m/w/d) (aus den Bereichen Politik, Wirtschaft, (Projekt-)Management, Public Administration oder Ähnliches)
  • sicher im Umgang mit Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Teamfähigkeit und proaktive Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • gute redaktionelle Fähigkeiten
  • erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement wünschenswert
  • strukturiertes und eigeninitiatives Arbeiten
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
