Teamassistenz (m/w/d) – Vollzeit

DEINE AUFGABEN
  • Telefonischer, schriftlicher und persönlicher Kontakt mit Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten sowie Kundinnen und Kunden 
  • Vorbereitung und Koordination von Terminen, die Bereitstellung von Unterlagen und die Abstimmung weiterer Schritte 
  • Pflege unserer CRM-Datenbank 
  • Erstellung von Exposés, vertraulichen Berichten, Status-Berichten und Kundenpräsentationen 
  • Organisation, Planung und Koordination von Geschäftsreisen mit anschließender Reisekostenabrechnung 
DEIN PROFIL
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Büromanagement oder in der Hotellerie 
  • Direkt nach der Ausbildung oder idealerweise bereits mit erster Berufserfahrung
  • Einwandfreie Ausdrucksweise in deutscher und englischer Sprache 
  • Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse 
  • Koordinatorisches Geschick,  Engagement, Hilfsbereitschaft und Flexibilität
  • Vorbildliche Umgangsformen und ein gepflegtes, gewinnendes Auftreten
