Arbeitsvorbereiter / Produktionsplaner (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Effiziente Organisation und Koordination der Arbeitsabläufe in unseren Produktionsstätten mit Hauptaugenmerk auf unsere externen Montagebetriebe im europäischen Ausland
  • Erstellung und Überwachung von Produktionsplänen
  • Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit von Materialien, Maschinen und Arbeitskräften
  • Optimierung der Produktionsprozesse
  • Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und Vorgaben
  • Standardtätigkeiten (Stammdatenpflege, Herstellkostenkalkulation, Änderungsmanagement)
  • Teamarbeit und enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen

Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in einem Unternehmen mit mechanischer Produktion oder elektrotechnischer Montage
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis und analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten, hohe Aufmerksamkeit für Details
  • Gute Kenntnisse der wichtigsten MS-Office Anwendungen (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Grundsätzliche Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen (BaanIV / Infor LN)
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, insbesondere auch in englischer Sprache
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Anpassungsfähigkeit
