Paralegal/Legal Assistant
Robert Walters' client, an international private clients law firm with offices in the centre of Zurich, is looking for a Paralegal / Legal Assistant (80-100%) to support their corporate/litigation.
Our client is an international law firm specializing in private wealth, business, and real estate, with a focus on delivering comprehensive legal advice to high-net-worth individuals and enterprises. The firm has a notable presence in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, providing expertise across a range of sectors.
As a Paralegal/Legal Assistant, you will be supporting the lawyers in their day to day business.
Your responsibilities:
• Correspondence per email and phone in German and English
• Preparing, formatting and sending legal documents, letters, emails, presentations
• Managing deadlines with the court and assisting with the legal submissions
• Recording services, invoicing and expense reports
• Managing the partners' diaries and organization of travel
• Reception of clients, organization and coordination of appointments and other diverse administrative activities
As a Paralegal/Legal Assistant you will be dependable motivated and part of a dynamic team.
Your requirements:
• You hold a commercial degree or equivalent, along with additional training as a Paralegal
• You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a law firm or legal department, and it's a plus if it's in an international setting
• Fluent in German and English, with French proficiency being advantageous
• Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Your demeanour is both confident and approachable
