  • Eingehende Anfragen im IT-Services-Desk qualifizieren, klassifizieren, fristgerecht lösen
  • Vorgänge bedarfsorientiert nach innen oder außen an IT-Partner eskalieren und nachverfolgen
  • Lösungen in einem Knowledge Management dokumentieren und Lösungsartikel aktuell halten
  • Häufige Benutzeranfragen automatisieren
  • Ursachen von Problemen nachverfolgen und abstellen
  • Beschaffungs- und Lagerwesen für IT-Hardware
Unser Wunschkandidat
  • Technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt IT
  • Gute IT Kenntnisse in Microsoft Netzwerkdiensten, Applikationen und Endpoint Devices
  • Gutes Prozessverständnis
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung und menschliches Fingerspitzengefühl
  • Organisationstalent und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sichere Deutsch-Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
