DISPONENTEN NATIONALER LANDVERKEHRE (M/W/D)

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Eigenverantwortliche operative Abwicklung des Tagesgeschäftes
  • Selbständige und ergebnisorientierte Disposition der festen Frachtführer, sowie Charterfahrzeuge
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen unter der Berücksichtigung qualitätsbezogener, kostentechnischer und kundenspezifischer Anforderungen
  • Betreuung und Ausbau unseres Netzwerkes von festfahrenden Unternehmen und Charterfahrzeugen
  • Sicherstellung und Planung ausreichender Transportkapazitäten
  • Nachhaltige eigenständige Preis- und Frachtverhandlungen mit Dienstleistern
Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der nationalen Transportplanung
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Kundenorientierte, strukturierte und nachhaltige Arbeitsweise
  • Qualitäts-, kosten- und ergebnisbewusstes Denken und Handeln
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
