JUNIOR PERSONALSACHBEARBEITER (M/W/D)

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Durchführung der Entgeltabrechnung unter Berücksichtigung der rechtlichen, betrieblichen und tariflichen Regelungen sowie die Pflege der Mitarbeiter- und Gehaltsdaten
  • Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für die operativen Personalbereiche in allen Fragen der Entgeltabrechnung und Zeitwirtschaft
  • Unterstützung von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften bei steuer- bzw. sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
  • Korrespondenz und Kommunikation mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern (Sozialversicherungsträgern, Finanzämtern, Versicherungen, etc.)
  • Durchführung qualitätssichernder Maßnahmen im Rahmen der Entgeltabrechnung
Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufseinsteiger/Absolventen (m/w/d) sind herzlich willkommen
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Lohnsteuer und Sozialversicherung wünschenswert, aber kein Muss
  • (Sehr) gute Excel-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind gerne gesehen
  • Serviceorientierung, Flexibilität und Genauigkeit
