Dein zukünftiger Aufgabenbereich
  • Als Azure Cloud Administrator bist du für die Betreuung von Office 365 Umgebungen mit dem Schwerpunkt Authentifikation und Federation verantwortlich.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Bereitstellung der Services und bist für die Pflege und Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit in komplexen Infrastrukturen im Rahmen des Change- und Incident-Managements im 2nd-Level-Support zuständig.
  • Durch dein fundiertes Fachwissen und deine Erfahrung bist du unser Ansprechpartner bei der Überführung der M365 Services in den Regelbetrieb.
  • Das Erstellen, Bearbeiten und Weiterführen von Systemdokumentationen, sowie das Erstellen von Handouts für unseren First Level gehören zu deinem Aufgabenbereich.
  • Bei technischen Problemstellungen, die du durch eine qualifizierte und strukturierte Fehlersuche und Fehlerbehebung deinerseits gelöst werden, bist du unser Ansprechpartner im „Operations Management“. 
  • Die Teilnahme an unserer regelmäßigen Rufbereitschaft rundet dein Aufgabengebiet bei Sycor ab.
Dein Profil
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Technik, eine IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Kenntnisse sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in der Administration von M365, hier insbesondere die Identity Services.
  • Darüber hinaus hast du fundierte Kenntnisse in mindesten drei der folgenden Disziplinen:
- Active Directory
- Azure-Connectoren
 -Azure AD
 -Active Directory Federation Services
 -MS Certificate Authority Services
  • In der Programmierung / Scripterstellung mit PowerShell bist du sicher.
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für die an dich übertragenen Aufgaben, verstehst dich als Problemlöser und unterstreichst das durch deine ziel- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse, idealerweise erste Microsoft Zertifizierungen sowie eine Reisebereitschaft von 20% runden dein Profil bei Sycor ab.

Requirements
