Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen

Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Facility Managementin Teilzeit 50 %

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Instandhaltungs- und Pflegearbeiten im Innen- und Außenbereich
  • Störungsannahme und Umsetzung von Kleinreparaturen
  • Koordination und Begleitung von Aufträgen durch Fremdfirmen
  • Serviceleistung im Bereich der Gebäudebetreuung wie Boten- und Postdienste, Pantry-Bestückung, Bereitstellung von Büro-Mobiliar etc.
  • Beschaffung von Verbrauchs- und Reparaturmaterial inkl. Bestandsüberwachung
  • Aufbau von installierter Video- und Audiotechnik

Requirements

Abgeschlossene handwerkliche oder technische Ausbildung, Berufserfahrung in einem serviceorientierten Bereich des Facility Managements, Führerschein, Gute allgemeine technische Kenntnisse und handwerkliches Geschick
