Patentanwaltsfachangestellten / Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellten / Notarfachangestellten (m/w/d) Patent- & Schutzrechts-Management
in Vollzeit (auch teilzeitgeeignet)

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

In der Business Unit IP Management sind Sie im Wesentlichen verantwortlich für die Bereitstellung, Auswertung und Pflege schutzrechtsrelevanter Daten und Informationen. Ebenso werden Sie – gemeinsam mit dem Team – laufende Schutzrechtsverfahren voranbringen und Entscheidungsprozesse koordinieren. Dabei sind Sie ein wichtiges Bindeglied zwischen Erfindern, Hochschulen, Patentanwälten, Unternehmen und den Innovationsmanagern aus dem Team. Werden
  •  Datenerhebung und Datenbankpflege zu Erfindungen und Patentverfahren
  • Jahresgebühren- und Fristenüberwachung
  • Anfertigung von Schriftsätzen und Verträgen nach Vorlage
  • Entwerfen von Briefen und E-Mails
  • Koordination von Zeichnungsprozessen im Patent- und Vertragsmanagement
  • Vorbereitung von internen und externen Terminen
  • Begleitung des Aufbaus einer neuen IP- und Vertragsdatenbank

Requirements

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Patentanwaltsfachangestellter oder Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellter oder Notarfachangestellter (w/m/d)
