Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir in unserer Systemzentrale in Fulda in Vollzeit:

Kaufmännische Mitarbeiter*in (m/w/d) Customer Service

Aufgaben:
  • Betreuung von Bestandspartnern und Kunden via E-Mail und Telefon
  • Digitale Sendungsbearbeitung mit Inhouse-System
  • Reklamationsbearbeitung mit Ticket-System
  • Kaufmännische LKW-Abfertigung, z.B. Bearbeitung nationaler und internationaler Beförderungspapiere
  • Organisation und Abrechnung von Transporten
  • Prüfung und Aktualisierung von internationalen Tarifen
Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder motivierte/r Quereinsteiger*in  
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Englisch-Grundkenntnisse erforderlich, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zur Wechselschicht (2-Schichtsystem, wöchentlich wechselnd / Mo.-Fr. zw. 08:00 – 19:00 Uhr)
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität, Teamgeist, Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Freundlichkeit, Serviceorientierung
