Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir für den Bereich Netzwerkentwicklung/Systemverwaltung in unserer Systemzentrale in Fulda in Vollzeit:

Kaufmännische Mitarbeiter*in (m/w/d) – Netzwerkentwicklung / Systemverwaltung

Aufgaben:
  • Unterstützung im Bereich Netzwerkentwicklung (Back-Office), z.B. Bereitstellung relevanter Informationen und Unterlagen für Kundengespräche, Durchführung von Mengenanalysen, Auswertungen und Statistiken, Recherchen, Durchführung von saisonalen Vertriebsaktionen
  • Dokumentation der Kundenkommunikation sowie Fristüberwachung
  • Vereinbarung von Gesprächsterminen für Neu-/Bestandskunden
  • Beantwortung von telefonischen Kundenanfragen und E-Mail Korrespondenz
  • Enge Abstimmung mit der Vertriebsleitung sowie Schnittstelle zwischen den Bereichen Netzwerkentwicklung (Systemverwaltung), Geschäftsleitung, IT und Marketing sowie zwischen Kunden und Netzwerkpartnern
Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und erste Berufserfahrung, praktische Kenntnisse im Vertriebsinnendienst/Backoffice von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Gute Deutsch-/Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, kundenorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Organisationstalent, Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität
