Hinweisgeberschutzgesetz ist rechtswirksam – askDANTE informiert über aktuellen Stand und Umsetzung

Bis zum 17.12.2023 müssen Unternehmen das Hinweisgeberschutzgesetz (HinSchG) umsetzen, das seit Juli rechtswirksam ist. Das Gesetz schützt hinweisgebende Personen vor Repressalien, die Informationen über Verstöße am Arbeitsplatz offenlegen – und verpflichtet Arbeitgeber zur Einrichtung einer internen Meldestelle, an die solche Verstöße gemeldet werden. askDANTE hat für Kunden den aktuellen Stand zum HinSchG zusammengefasst – inkl. Überblick über Ziele, Beispiele und Umsetzung einer Meldestelle.
