Video Praxisseminar Bauteilprüftechnik bei Hegewald & Peschke

Ende Mai fand bei Hegewald & Peschke ein Seminar zum Thema Bauteilprüftechnik statt, zu dem wir eine Gruppe von Studierenden der Westsächsischen Hochschule Zwickau eingeladen hatten. Neben Fachvorträgen zur Prüftechnik durften unsere Gäste auch ihre selbst konstruierten Sitzmöbel auf dem Bauteilprüfstand testen. Der Besuch soll Auftakt einer geplanten Kooperation mit dem Lehrstuhl Holzgestaltung sein, in der Studierende praktische Erfahrungen in der Bauteilprüfung sammeln.

Prüfsystem für Abzugsversuche von Gewindeenden an Ritzelwellen

Ritzelwellen, wie sie z.B. in Fahrzeuggetrieben vorkommen, bestehen aus hochfesten Werkstoffen, die Zugspannungen bis 1350 MPa standhalten müssen. Für die Prüfung dieser Bauteile hat Hegewald und Peschke ein spezielles Prüfsystem entwickelt. Es besteht aus der Zugprüfmaschine inspekt table 250 kN, ausgestattet mit einem oberen Anschlussprobenhalter mit verschiedenen Gewindeaufnahmen und einer Sonder-Abzugsvorrichtung auf einer T-Nutenplatte.
