Die humbee solutions GmbH stellt den sogenannten "Zeitersparnis Rechner" zur Verfügung. Mithilfe der Schieberegler hinterlegt man, wieviele CC Mails man pro Tag erhält, wie häufig man pro Tag gestört wird und wie oft man nach Dokumenten sucht. Außerdem wird die ungefähre Anzahl von Spontanbesprechungen eingetragen. Das Tool zeigt daraufhin die Anzahl der Stunden, die pro Woche für diese Zeitfresser benötigt werden.
