Infomaniak zählt zu den bedeutendsten Cloud-Anbietern Europas und ist führender Entwickler von Produktivitätslösungen in der Schweiz. Das Unternehmen beschäftigt in der Schweiz rund 200 Personen, von denen mehr als die Hälfte aus europäischen Bildungsgängen stammen. Es gehört ausschliesslich seinen Mitarbeitenden und will sich als unabhängige europäische Alternative zu den Web-Giganten präsentieren.

Infomaniak verwendet ausschliesslich Strom aus erneuerbaren Quellen, gleicht seine gesamten CO2-Emissionen über myclimate.org zu 200% aus und verlängert die Lebensdauer seiner Server auf bis zu 15 Jahre. Die eigenen Infrastrukturen werden nur mit gefilterter Luft und ohne Klimatisierung gekühlt. Ausserdem wird im künftigen Rechenzentrum die verbrauchte Energie vollständig für die Beheizung von bis zu 6000 Wohnungen wiederverwertet. Ab Frühjahr 2023 wird Infomaniak schrittweise Solarkraftwerke installieren, um seinen gesamten Energiebedarf zu decken. Die erste Anlage wird eine Kapazität von 500 kWc aufweisen und mit Solarpaneelen von Meyer-Burger ausgestattet sein, die in der Schweiz entwickelt und in Deutschland hergestellt werden.

Infomaniak ist von ICANN akkreditierter Registrar und stellt Lösungen bereit, die von Millionen Benutzern verwendet werden. Das Unternehmen betreibt unter anderem die Website des belgischen Rundfunksenders RTBF und den TV- und Radio-Streaming-Dienst von mehr als 3000 Radio- und TV-Sendern in Europa.
