IOSS intelligente optische Sensoren und Systeme GmbH

Die IOSS Intelligente optische Sensoren und Systeme GmbH entwickelt, produziert und vertreibt seit über 20 Jahren Identifikations- und Bildverarbeitungssysteme zur optischen Qualitätssicherung und Prozessautomation, die in unterschiedlichen industriellen Bereichen wie Automotive, Halbleiter, Solar und Medizintechnik zum Einsatz kommen. Der Vision, intelligente optische Sensoren zu bauen, welche komplexe Bildverarbeitungsaufgaben lösen und sich dennoch sehr einfach integrieren lassen, ist IOSS stets treu geblieben.

Die Produktpalette umfasst mittlerweile stationäre Code Reader, Handlesesysteme, OCR Reader sowie verschiedene Produkte für die Qualitätsbewertung von Codes. Die Systeme lesen Data Matrix Codes, QR-Codierungen, Barcodes und Klar Schriften. Spezialisiert ist IOSS auf das Lesen von sogenannten DPM-Codes, das sind Codierungen die direkt auf Bauteile aufgebracht sind. Gerade beim Lesen von nadelgeprägten Codes bieten die Systeme einen bedeutenden Vorteil. Die stationären Lesesysteme der IOSS GmbH sind hinsichtlich Optik und Beleuchtung modular aufgebaut. So kann man flexibel auf die unterschiedlichsten Anforderungen aus der Industrie reagieren und eine optimale und prozesssichere Lösung für die Kunden erzielen, ein wesentlicher Aspekt der IOSS Philosophie.
