Unsere Expertisen liegen in der Produktentwicklung, im Produktdesign, der Bauteileanalyse, Spritzgusssimulation und Werkzeugkonstruktion.

Durch unser langjähriges fundiertes Fachwissen werden wir regelmäßig zum Trouble-Shooting herangezogen. Wir beraten auch u.a. hinsichtlich der Heiß- und Kaltkanalauslegung, der Entformung, der Anspritzung und der zyklusabhöngigen konturnahen Temperieren.

Bekannt dürfte dem einen oder anderen unser Werkzeugkonzept IsoForm® sein. Dieses ist für den automatisierten und äußerst energieeffizienten Spritzguss bestens geeignet.

Ebenfalls veranstalten wir einmal jährlich unseren Technologietag für Produktentwicklung, Werkzeugbau und Produktion. Und dies bereits seit 26 Jahren. Hier kommen alle Firmen entalng der Wertschöpfungskette der kunststoffverarbeitenden Indsutrie zusammen um zu netzwerken und sich über neue Technologien und Trends zu informieren.
