Das in Domažlice (deutsch: Taus; Westböhmen) ansässige Unternehmen LINTECH, spol. s r.o. wurde 1993 gegründet, mit dem Ziel, Komponenten für die Lasertechnik und Automatisierung zu entwickeln und zu fertigen. Mit der Zeit etablierte sich das Unternehmen auch als Hersteller von Sondermaschinen sowie der Auftragsfertigung von Steckverbindern, Kabeln, Typenschildern, sowie von Stempeln und Matrizen. Heute beschäftigt das Unternehmen rund 100 Mitarbeiter.

Seit 2003 ist Lintech auch als Lohnfertiger elektrischer und elektronischer Komponenten für die Automobilindustrie tätig. Vorwiegend werden HF- und LWL-Steckverbinder gefertigt. In den vergangenen 16 Jahren hat sich das Unternehmen als A-Lieferant mit besten Kundenbewertungen etabliert.

Neben den umfangreichen feinmechanischen und elektrotechnischen Fertigungsmöglichkeiten überzeugt LINTECH durch eine eigene Konstruktionsabteilung mit Spezialisten und langjähriger Erfahrung in der Laserbearbeitung, industriellen Kennzeichnung, im Sondermaschinenbau sowie in der Automatisierung. Im Bereich der Laserbearbeitung und -markierung kann das Unternehmen auf eine Reihe technologischer wie kommerziell erfolgreicher und anspruchsvoller Projekte verweisen.

Betriebsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit in Netzwerken ist dem Unternehmen wichtig. 2011 war es daher eines der drei Gründungsmitglieder des Klastr Mechatronika (tschechischer Mechatronik-Cluster).
