SCHOLPP ist weltweit führend bei Demontage, Verlagerung, Remontage und Wiederinbetriebnahme von Maschinen und Hightech-Anlagen. Wir vereinen beste fachliche Qualifikation und hohe Motivation. Bei uns treffen professionelle Ausrüstung und Spezialtechnik auf handwerkliches Geschick. Unsere Mannschaft aus Ingenieuren, Montageleitern und Fachmonteuren ist sehr konstant. Die durchschnittliche Betriebszugehörigkeit unserer über 750 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter beträgt circa zehn Jahre, das Durchschnittsalter liegt bei 42 Jahren.

Unsere Arbeit beginnt zumeist dann, wenn andere die Hände heben. Wenn es richtig darauf ankommt, dann krempeln wir die Ärmel hoch. Unser wertvolles Know-how wächst in unserem Team mit jeder neuen Herausforderung, der wir uns täglich überall auf der Welt stellen. Unsere Mitarbeiter leisten jährlich rund 1.000.000 Monteurstunden bei ca. 20.000 Montageeinsätzen – in bisher über 50 Ländern. Und so international wie unsere Leistungen sind auch unsere Mitarbeiter: Bei SCHOLPP werden über 20 Sprachen gesprochen. So kommt in 65 Jahren einiges zusammen: eine Menge Erfahrung.
