ABO Wind AG stärkt Eigenkapital

Frankfurter Mainova AG zeichnet weitere 75.700 Aktien

Die Frankfurter Mainova AG, Hessens größter Energiedienstleister, hat 75.700 neue Aktien der ABO Wind AG zum Preis von je 10,50 Euro erworben. Der Emissionserlös in Höhe von knapp 800.000 Euro fließt vollständig in das Eigenkapital. Die Mainova hatte im Zuge einer strategischen Partnerschaft im Juni 2012 eine zehnprozentige Beteiligung an dem renommierten Wiesbadener Projektentwickler erworben. Im Dezember 2012 war der prozentuale Anteil durch eine weitere Kapitalerhöhung gesunken. Nach der erneuten Zeichnung, die bereits in das Handelsregister eingetragen ist, hält Mainova nun rund 10,4 Prozent der Anteilsscheine. Die beiden größten Aktionäre sind die Familien der Unternehmensgründer, Dr. Jochen Ahn und Matthias Bockholt, mit jeweils rund 30 Prozent. 6,5 Prozent hält die Baden-Württembergische Versorgungsanstalt für Ärzte, Zahnärzte und Tierärzte. Der Rest der Aktien befindet sich im Streubesitz.
