Zahl der ABO Wind-Aktien hat sich verdreifacht

Für jede bestehende Aktie zwei Gratisaktien ausgegeben / Grundkapital der Gesellschaft beträgt nun 7,17 Millionen Euro

Die ABO Wind AG hat 4,78 Millionen neue Aktien ausge-geben und das Grundkapital auf 7,17 Millionen Euro erhöht. Dazu wurden bilanzielle Gewinnrücklagen in Grundkapital umgewandelt. Das Grundkapital ist eingeteilt in 7,17 Millionen Stückaktien ohne Nennwert. Die Hauptversammlung der Gesellschaft hatte die Ausgabe der Gratisaktien am 21. Juni einstimmig beschlossen.

Am 7. August 2012 wurde die Erhöhung des Grundkapitals im Handelsregister eingetragen. Die Zahl der Aktien hat sich damit verdreifacht.
