Secvest IP wireless alarm system from ABUS Security-Center is now available

(PresseBox) (Affing, )
ABUS Security-Center’s new wireless alarm control panel Secvest IP is now being shipped. It not only combines the advantages of IP technology with time tested functions of wireless alarm technology, but also enables culprit identification by integrating the new PIR network camera. Security for apartments and smaller premises can be upgraded quickly and easily to provide perfect protection against intruders.

Simple installation and operation
The Secvest IP control panel is quick and easy to install via the 10/100 Mbit network connection to a router. The integrated web server enables the user to program and operate the system intuitively. Forgotten to switch on the wireless alarm system? No problem. The Secvest IP app enables you to call up the status of the control panel on an iPhone or iPad and arm or disarm the system, or even call up the event log. Naturally, the Secvest IP also allows for the integration of proven Secvest 2WAY components, such as the wireless smoke detector, the FTS 96 E mechatronic wireless window lock, the Secvest key or a siren. Moreover, the Secvest IP also enables individual switching of wireless switching outputs. Therefore, various appliances connected to ABUS wireless sockets, such as lights, can be controlled manually or remotely in the event of an alarm.

Technical details
The wireless alarm control panel with IP technology provides three wireless zones and three IP zones. Up to eleven wireless detectors can be taught into the wireless zones. It is also possible to integrate up to three control devices such as wireless remote controls, wireless additional door locks or a Secvest key. Through the IP zones, the Secvest IP system can be expanded with an IP alarm module to include another two zones with four wireless detectors each. In addition, the IP zones also enable the integration of a PIR network camera and thereby facilitate an intelligent connection between the detector and video monitoring or video verification.
