Expanding the product range of BFI Mobile for the latest Windows platform responds to an important demand from customers. The Mobile Client for Microsoft Dynamics CRM enables direct access to CRM data via mobile devices and also makes this data available offline. The solution can be easily adapted for individual processes. “Customers with their own existing developments and extensions to their CRM system therefore have a great level of investment security in terms of mobilizing their business processes,” emphasizes Benno Sitzmann, partner account manager of BFI Mobile, in praise of the flexibility of the new solution.
The client is developed on the basis of very close cooperation between the two companies. They focus particularly on the efficient implementation of key processes in sales and marketing. Online and offline access to CRM data as well as simple workflows for sales and marketing processes are already included in the standard app. Jörg Neumann, Microsoft MVP AppDev and principal consultant at Acando, highlights the advantages of the new Microsoft platform: “Windows 8 provides companies with an excellent springboard for mobile business applications. The mobile platform is easy to use and offers a stable and secure architecture.”
The solution will be presented to the public for the first time at the CRM expo in Stuttgart, Germany, from September 24 to 26 at the Microsoft stand.
