Elf mal zehn Jahre bei Accor: Mitarbeiter der Sindelfinger Mercure Hotels geehrt

Mitarbeiter der ersten Stunde - Beiderseitige Zufriedenheit kommt Gästen zugute

Gleich elfmal durfte Friedrich Busser, Directeur Délégué Mercure Hotels Region Stuttgart (www.mercure.com), seine Glückwünsche an Mitarbeiter der beiden Mercure Hotels Stuttgart Sindelfingen An der Messe und Bristol Stuttgart Sindelfingen aussprechen: Alle elf Jubilare feiern in diesen Tagen ihre 10jährige Betriebszugehörigkeit bei der Accor Hotelgruppe und waren jeweils seit der Übernahme ihres Hauses durch die Accor Hotelgruppe mit von der Partie. "Wir freuen uns sehr, in einer Branche mit starker Fluktuation Mitarbeiter in unseren Reihen zu wissen, die nicht nur über Erfahrung und Fachwissen verfügen, sondern darüber hinaus eine langfristige Loyalität ihrem Arbeitgeber gegenüber zeigen", so Friedrich Busser in einer Ansprache. "Dies beweist eine beiderseitige Zufriedenheit, die letztlich unseren Gästen zugute kommt." Stattgefunden hatte die Ehrung im Rahmen einer Feier und unter der Anwesenheit von 60 weiteren Mitarbeitern im Mercure Hotel Bristol Stuttgart Sindelfingen.
