BASE24-eps offers optimized enablement of IBM System z blue stack components including DB2, WebSphere MQ, application management, and security. The new version provides system enhancements to the communication services running in a z/OS environment. It also enables application management processes to run in a z/OS environment and to integrate with IBM's Tivoli Monitoring solution.
Security upgrades offer support for IBM's Crypto Express2 for cryptographic services and integration with RACF for access control and auditing associated with z/OS users and WebSphere MQ resources.
ACI enhanced the infrastructure of BASE24-eps to ease the work associated with maintaining the software as customers respond to evolving market requirements. New Version 08.2 interfaces expand connectivity to regional networks worldwide such as France, Spain, United Arab Emirates and Indonesia. The software is used to manage electronic payment devices, acquire transactions, and perform high-volume switching, routing and authorization services.
