"The printing of badges at the gate is one of the highlights of the system change in Munich. Here visitors feel the improvement and digitalisation of processes. Although the printing of badges is an additional new process, it is easier and faster for those taking part: Visitors can simply register at the entrance using their mobiles, open their ticket on their smartphones, tablets or Smartwatches and receive their badge at the turnstile when entering. Despite the complex procedures, usability remains simple for the visitor. We have thus mastered the most important of all milestones in the project," Marc Luzoff, Managing Director of ADITUS emphasises, adding: "Messe München's demand for a modern overall system for its participants was extremely high. We are proud to report on the success of the first trade fair. Our thanks go to all those involved in the project and to the Messe München team."
