The business edition of the FOCUS magazine in autumn 2017 examined in a study how well employees feel at the 2000 companies surveyed. The survey provides impressive evidence: AERZEN is one of the TOP 50 in Germany.
This is the result of a ranking published by Focus-Business in collaboration with Xing, the leading social network for professional contacts, and kununu. com, the employer evaluation portal for employees, apprentices and applicants. In the mechanical and plant engineering sector, AERZEN occupies an outstanding third place in Germany, which is also the best ranking of a Lower Saxony company in this sector. AERZEN ranks 46th in the cross-industry ranking and is therefore one of the three best employers in Lower Saxony.
To determine the 1,000 national top employers, the market research institute Statista evaluated more than 127,000 employer assessments. The decisive factor was whether the employees recommend their own employer. Chief Executive Officer Klaus-Hasso Heller is pleased: “An excellent award that I would like to pass on directly to our employees. It clearly shows that we at AERZEN live our entrepreneurial orientation as an attractive and employee-friendly employer."
