Die neue Ladeeinheit RTA von AFRISO wurde konzipiert, um die im Kessel entstandene Energie zum Pufferspeicher zu transportieren und hierbei die Rücklauftemperatur zum Kessel in jedem Betriebszustand oberhalb des Kondensationspunktes zu halten. Durch diese Funktion werden Ablagerungen und Korrosionsschäden im Heizkessel sowie Ablagerungen im Rauchabzug und in der Folge Schornsteinbrände durch Versottung verhindert. Daher ist in der Regel der Einsatz einer Rücklauftemperaturanhebung vom Kesselhersteller zwingend vorgeschrieben. Die fest vormontierte und auf Dichtheit geprüfte Ladeeinheit kann aufgrund ihrer kompakten Bauform auch bei beengten Platzverhältnissen direkt an der Verrohrung, also unmittelbar hinter dem Kessel montiert werden. Sie verfügt über einen zentralen Armaturenträger als Mittelpunkt, an dem eine Hochenergieeffizienzpumpe angeflanscht ist. Ein integriertes temperaturgesteuertes Kondensationsschutzventil und ein absperrbares Rückschlagventil bilden den Kern des Armaturenträgers. An den drei Anschlüssen sind bereits Kugelhähne flachdichtend mit Überwurfmuttern montiert. Der Anschluss ans Rohleitungsnetz erfolgt direkt im 1“ Innengewinde des Kugelhahns. Zur Funktions- und Temperaturkontrolle werden drei Thermometer von außen durch die EPP-Isolierung direkt in den Armaturenträger eingesteckt. Die Ladeeinheit ist mit drei verschiedenen Öffnungstemperaturen (45, 55, 60 °C) erhältlich und für Mediums-Temperaturen bis 100 °C und Anlagenleistungen bis 32 kW (bei Δt 20 K und einer Durchflussmenge von 1.200 I/h) geeignet.
