Optimale Verbrauchskontrolle in Batterietanks

Das neue Füllstandmessgerät TankControl 01ZT von AFRISO-EURO-INDEX wurde zur kontinuierlichen Füllstandsmessung sowie zur Meldung von Füllstanddifferenzen in kommunizierenden Heizöl- oder Dieselkraftstofftanks (z.B. Batterietanks) mit Füllhöhen von 0,9 bis max. 3 m konzipiert. Das Füllstandmesssystem besteht aus Auswertegerät mit graphischer Anzeige sowie zwei Tauchsonden. Die Anzeige für Tauchsonde 1 erfolgt wahlweise in Liter, m3, % oder Füllhöhe (mm). Bei Unter-/Überschreitung eines frei einstellbaren Minimal-/Maximalfüllstands erfolgt optische und akustische Alarmgabe (quittierbar) direkt am Auswertegerät. Die Anzeige für Tauchsonde 2 erfolgt in mm. Bei Überschreitung einer einstellbaren Füllstanddifferenz zwischen Tauchsonde 1 und Tauchsonde 2 wird ebenfalls Alarm ausgelöst. Dadurch kann eine etwaige gestörte Kommunikation zwischen den Batterietanks aufgezeigt werden. Somit wird die Gefahr, bei der Betankung einen noch befüllten Tank (ohne Grenzwertgeber) zu überfüllen, deutlich reduziert. Die Füllstände in den Tanks werden täglich erfasst, gespeichert und umgerechnet. Dadurch lassen sich Verbrauchswerte gut kontrollieren. Das Verbrauchsverhalten kann für einen Zeitraum von bis zu 5 Jahren dargestellt werden. Die graphische Anzeige vermittelt einen schnellen Überblick über Verbrauch, Tankmenge und voraussichtliche Reichweite des bestehenden Vorrats. Die Geräteeinstellung ist dank menügeführter Bedienung schnell und einfach durchführbar. Das hydrostatische Füllstandmessgerät TankControl 01ZT wird mit AC 230 V versorgt; zwei Wechsler-Relais stehen für weitere Schaltaufgaben oder zur Ansteuerung von Fernüberwachungs- und Ereignismeldesystemen (z.B. EMS 220, EMS 442 von AFRISO) zur Verfügung.
