Die Agathon AG hat ihren Verwaltungsrat um ein weiteres Mitglied erweitert.

Michael Merkle, Verwaltungsratspräsident der Agathon AG, zeigt sich zufrieden mit dem Neuzugang: «Wir freuen uns, David Frei als neues Mitglied unseres Verwaltungsrates begrüssen zu dürfen. David Frei hat uns bereits seit einiger Zeit bei der digitalen Transformation der Agathon begleitet. Er bringt grosse Fachkenntnis und Erfahrung in den Bereichen digitale Transformation und Umsetzung von Wachstumsstrategien mit. Kompetenzen, welche bei der Fortschreibung der Agathon Erfolgsgeschichte, von grosser Bedeutung sind.

David Frei verfügt über langjährige Führungs- und Geschäftsleitungserfahrung. Er ist Partner bei der Implement Consulting Group und hier als Berater internationaler Industrieunternehmen tätig. Seine Fachgebiete sind Marketing & Sales, digitale Transformation, strategisches Management sowie Leading Growth in internationalen Märkten. Neben seiner neuen Tätigkeit als Verwaltungsrat wird er die Agathon AG in den kommenden Monaten weiter punktuell bei der digitalen Transformation unterstützen.
