Optionally, a third boiler plant in the amount of approximately EUR 1.0 million and a maintenance contract with a preliminary period of five years, including the provision of spare parts is being negotiated. By regular maintenance and remote supervision of the hot water plant, AGO AG Energie + Anlagen will be generating six-digit annual revenue as of commissioning in June 2009.
Three different fuels shall be used for firing the supply system, mainly the conventional fuels natural gas and fuel oil gas. The third fuel will be biogas which is provided free by the in-house sewage system.
"The delivery and installation of the energy center in South Africa demonstrates once more that AGO AG's expertise is also appreciated abroad. Apart from overseas activities in Greece, the USA and Russia and the expansion to Italy we are now present in South Africa. We consider the first order by Heineken a first class opportunity and are hoping for follow-up orders all over the world after the successful cooperation in South Africa", according to Hans Ulrich Gruber, CFO of AGO AG Energie + Anlagen.
