AGQM REACH-Seminar 2023

Am 06. November 2023 findet das AGQM REACH-Seminar zur Europäischen Chemikalienverordnung (REACH-Verordnung) für alle Gefahrstoff- und REACH-Beauftragten als Webkonferenz statt. Die Registrierung aller in Verkehr gebrachten oder importierten Haupt-, Kuppel- und Nebenprodukte ist über die REACH-Verordnung vorgeschrieben, sodass sich alle Hersteller, Händler und Importeure von Stoffen über ihre Pflichten informieren sollten.

Schwerpunkte des diesjährigen Webinars werden u.a. verschiedene Aspekte der Chemikalienverbotsverordnung und des Grundstoffüberwachungsgesetzes in Deutschland mit Bezug zu Biodiesel und dessen Koppelprodukte sein. Des Weiteren werden die aktuelle Situation von persistenten fluorierten Stoffen, der Transport von Stoffen über die Weltmeere sowie mögliche Umfirmierungen (Legal Entity Change) unter REACH beleuchtet.
