Dunkermotoren will be presenting the NG 1000 WO hub gearbox for driverless transport systems. In combination with the BG 95 dPro, the overall solution is just 95 mm high and, thanks to the axle offset, enables vehicles with a minimum width of just 600 mm and a possible total weight of four tons. Variants with reduced gear backlash also allow particularly precise positioning of the vehicle. The availability of particularly low-noise versions means that mobile, self-propelled devices such as MRI or X-ray machines can now conquer the medical sector.

Dunkermotoren is presenting the dSafe for the first time at LogiMAT in order to meet the everincreasing requirements for safety and safety functions above Safe Stop (STO). This is an attached motor controller with integrated Safe Motion functions (Safe Stop 1 (SS1), Safely Limited Speed (SLS), Safe Limited Position (SLP), Safe Brake Control (SBC), etc.) and FSoE interface.
Dunkermotoren's digital brand nexofox will also be represented at the stand with an innovation. nexoLink is a new basic module for easy integration of all IIoT drives from Dunkermotoren and forms the basis for your Smart Factory. Module extensions within nexoLink are available via Smart Diagnostics and Predictive Maintenance, for example, and are used for sensorless determination of gearbox wear as an indicator of the condition of the overall drive.

Now the drive technology manufacturer is launching another integrated controller on the market. The BG 42 dGo impresses with high performance at a particularly favorable price. The fully-fledged 4-quadrant controller can be parameterized ex works and can be easily controlled via its inputs. By integrating the controller into the motor housing and optimizing the operating parameters, a particularly efficient drive can be configured that saves valuable energy. With the BG 42 dGo, Dunkermotoren offers a particularly economical drive concept that can also be optimally integrated into belt and roller drives.
The BGE 8060 dPro is a compact 4-quadrant controller for precise control of brushless and brushed DC motors with a continuous output power of up to 1800 W. With an impressive 72 A continuous current and 175 A peak current, it clearly stands out from its predecessor and offers enough power for motors such as the BG 95 dCore and BG 75 dCore as well as for all applications requiring currents from 10 A to 72 A. Thanks to the freely programmable controller (C), the BGE 8060 dPro is flexibly adaptable, while the integrated Safe Torque Off (STO) safety function ensures maximum protection. It also offers connection options for encoder and brake and now also supports the SSI encoder AE38, which enables more precise position control.
