AC-Service AG vollzieht Anteilserwerb an der All for One Systemhaus GmbH Midmarket Solutions

Vorstand der AC-Service AG um Lars Landwehrkamp erweitert.

Die aufschiebende Bedingung des am 07.02.2006 unterzeichneten Unternehmenskaufvertrags zwischen der AC-Service AG, Stuttgart, und der All for One Systemhaus AG, Oberessendorf, wurde heute erfüllt. Der Erwerb aller Anteile an der All for One Systemhaus GmbH Midmarket Solutions durch die AC-Service AG wurde am 17.02.2006 vollzogen. Die vom Aufsichtsrat beschlossene Bestellung von Lars Landwehrkamp zum Mitglied des Vorstands der AC-Service AG wurde damit wirksam.
