An der All for One Midmarket AG mit einem Grundkapital von EUR 14.580.000,00, eingeteilt in 4.860.000 auf den Namen lautende Stückaktien, ist die BEKO HOLDING AG mit Sitz in Nöhagen / Österreich mit 3.548.336 Aktien beteiligt. Die BEKO HOLDING AG beabsichtigt die Abspaltung von 3.008.336 Stückaktien der All for One Midmarket AG auf die dadurch neu errichtete CROSS Informatik GmbH mit dem Sitz in Wels / Österreich. Die am 30. Dezember 2010 veröffentlichte Einladung zur ordentlichen Hauptversammlung der BEKO HOLDING AG enthält unter Tagesordnungspunkt 6 den Vorschlag an die Hauptversammlung, der Abspaltung zuzustimmen.
