April 2010 angekündigt - die Einzelheiten zum öffentlichen Aktienrückkaufangebot von bis zu 150.000 eigene Aktien zum Preis von EUR 4,20 je Aktie auf Basis der Ermächtigung der ordentlichen Hauptversammlung vom 11. März 2010 festgelegt. Die Annahmefrist beginnt am 7. Mai 2010 und endet am 21. Mai 2010, 12.00 Uhr (MEZ). Die Angebotsunterlage mit den weiteren Details wird am 7.
